We have a lot of map documents created in ArcMap 10.0 using the data in ArccSDE 10.0. Now in a migration plan where we move up everything to 10.1 i.e ArcMap 10.1 and ArcSDE 10.1. My question is can I just change the data source in the mxds (created using ArcMap 10.1) to point to new ArcSDE 10.1 version and get it working as before, or do I need to author each and every map document again by pulling the data from ArcSDE 10.1? Thank you.
